Pam LeMay
Children’s Leader
“Aunt” Pam LeMay is the Children’s (Director? Pastor? Minister?) at RiverSong Church. She received and accepted this call from God, and began her children’s ministry on May 3, 2026, Her passion is children!! Her deepest desire is that every child at RiverSong (as well as every person, everywhere) would come to know who God really is — a Father who unconditionally gives the greatest of love, kindness, mercy, and grace to His children. She desires that each and every child would
experience a deep, personal relationship with God that will continue to strengthen and grow throughout his/her lifetime.
Pam was raised in Springfield, then decided to spread her wings and fly off to FLA where she earned her BA in education at Warner Southern College. She then returned to Springfield to begin her teaching career. After a few years of teaching, off she flew, once again, to pursue a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling at Anderson School of Theology, Anderson, IN. It was here that she met the love of her life, Wayne LeMay. Pam and Wayne were married Sept. 28, 1985 — they are now approaching 41 years!!! They have 2 children, Sarah and Cody, and have 5 precious grandchildren….tons of fun!
Pam got to “live her passion” as she happily taught in public education for 38 years. It was only by God’s directing that she retired in 2020; she thought she would be teaching until she was at least - well, very, very old!!

Having lived in Springfield since 1960, he has a passion to see God’s abundant Life invade our city. Having a “Kingdom Culture,” Pastor Jim and the church are very connected to other churches, pastors, ministries, and programs in our city.
